Safety and Security Manager

Responsibility: 1. Work closely with the school management in developing and implementing the safety and security policies and procedures, including security management plans. 2. Work with the security officers and the school management to monitor the security environment in school. 3. Prepare analytical reports, based on the information from internal and external sources, to support policy and procedure reviews as well as to mitigate risks to programming. 4. Prepare Weekly security brief and share with all relevant staff and school management. 5. Be ready available at all times to the school management and security officers to advise on security developments. 6. Develop, review and ensure effective implementation of the school security Management plan. 7. Work with Human resource manager to identify security training needs of team members and include security awareness as an essential part of program trainings and refresher workshops. 8.
