JOB DESCRIPTION: - Create a database of potential clients - Communicating with target audiences and managing cu stomer relationship. - Conducting marketing campaigns. - Monitoring competitor activity. - Conducting and developing new innovative ways to communicate the Company message to existing and new customers. - Understanding of customer segmentation. - Maintaining a healthy customer relationship. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Market potential analysis. - Development of new Customers. - Relationship with Architects, Contractors and specifies - Development of new Dealer Network. - Customer Acquisition and Retention. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or its equivalent. - Three (3) years working experience in Sales and Marketing, background in similar field will be an added advantage but not a primary requirement. - Excellent communication skills. - Conversant in both English and Swahili. - Computer skills. - Excellent report writing skills. - Excellent presentation skills. - Should be ready and willing to work outside of Dar-Es-Salaam.
