Main tasks: ? Visiting assigned clients with the aim of getting feedback and sorting out any matters arising. ? Ensure smooth delivery of services to clients and customers through internal interactions with other departments on behalf of the client. ? Educate members on their chosen product and service procedures. ? Issuing renewal notifications, quotations and invoices. ? Payments follow ups for timely collection of premiums upon policy renewals. ? Issuing policy documents. ? Preparation and submission of reports to the management General performance standards: ? Ability to perform under minimum supervision. ? Positive attitude. ? Team player. Education including specialized training: ? Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or Degree of Business Administration / Commerce / Insurance. ? Sales & Customer Service Skills. Work experience: ? Two years experience on similar responsibilities. All applications should have names of three official referees with their contact detail.
