Physiotherapist

Duties: ? Providing quality physiotherapy services to CCBRT clients according to the existing guidelines. ? Supervising, training and assisting the CRW's in recognizing disability aspects, referring, providing education and to the clients. ? Collaborate closely with the other physiotherapist of CCBRT, working flexible and as a team, attending team meetings, execute tasks for the team, cooperating in the different tasks, according to the time schedules. ? Collaborate closely with all other associated professional and administrative staff of the Disability Hospital and Community Program: especially orthopedic workshop, OT, OPD, doctors & surgeons, CRW's, school coordinators, social work. ? Organize instruction groups and group interventions for specific clients (type of pathology). ? Ordering, measuring and providing necessary equipment (walking aids) for the clients. ? Establishing cooperation and maintain good communication with other existing rehabilitative services, schools, hospitals, dispensaries. ? Organizing and conducting training courses for in house training. ? Organizing and conducting training courses for patients. ? Administrative tasks: monitoring, evaluation and assessment in conjunction with training and assistance given to the CRW's. ? Providing rehabilitation and counseling to patients ? Providing Primary Health Care (PHC) when no proper services are available ? Participating in the preparation of periodical performance reports Work Experience / Skills: ? Ability to use computer ? Presentation skill ? Able to use electrotherapy machine ? Minimum of 3 years of experience as physiotherapist and 10 years of working experience ?
