Responsibilities: • Executing Travel, visas and Hotel arrangements and transfers for management and employees of Aggreko as per the business within optimum time and at efficient cost. • Safety briefings for visitors to Tanzania and East Africa. • Cross checking the bills received from various vendors (Housekeeping, Mobile/Landline service providers and other service providers).Send the bills to the Finance Department after complete cross checking. • Daily administrative activities such as attendance checking , ensuring the proper cleaning is done , keeping required stock in the pantry and stationary department, supervising the office cleaner and scheduling workflow to meet the daily requirements. • Ensuring that all the employees across work site connected through an efficient mobile network. • Managing leave process for employees on rotation and proactively providing visibility to management on excessive working as well as excessive time at home. • Support with HR administration function for medical claims processing • Arranging meetings and conference calls across various locations in the country as per the need of the business. • Management and administration of the attendance systems for Tanzania office. • Supporting the OM / OS and team leads in all sites with administrative functions for Tanzania Operations • Reception and front desk services • Administration of contract for vehicles/buses/transport when needed. • Assist in arranging delivery/return of all IT equipment for new joiners/leavers. • Administration of mobile phones SIM cards, internet connection and billing for phones. • Provide general administrative support to the operations team. • Displays a commitment to Orange Excellence initiatives • Supporting other Area Coordinators in the administrative and support duties • Aggreko places a strong emphasis on health, operational safety and environmental protection.
