Holder of a recognized University Degree In Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration equivalent qualification with five years post qualifying experience . Duties: 1. To deal with recruitment, promotions and remuneration scheme as well as pension and terminal benefits 2. To participate in drawing up policies pertaining to recruitment, training, safety and remuneration 3. To maintain industrial harmony in the Board 4. To assess personnel resources employed by the Board in relation to present and future needs 5. To supervise Secretaries staff and ensure provision of efficient office services 6. To administer staff leave, staff welfare, staff compensation claims and disciplinary affairs and Board functions pertaining to manpower development and administration. 7. To handle disciplinary cases, labour negotiations, reconciliation and arbitration 8. To maintain an up to date record of qualifications, skills and competencies of all employees in the Board. 9. To supervise and update registers for staff positions, dispositions, engagements, confirmations and promotions. 10. To co-ordinate staff performance appraisal for the Board. 11. To participate in the preparation of the Annual Reports for the Board. 12. To facilitate staff training 13.
