Overall Purpose of the Job • Delivering a full in-house recruitment service. Accountability & Responsibility Areas. • Establishment of a robust recruitment system and processes. • Working alongside management and having a clear understanding of individual role requirements, supporting them in their recruitment activities. • Managing candidate relationships. Including pre-screening candidates, telephone and face to face interviewing, progress updates and offer process • Coordination of offer and start process, liaising with relevant teams to create a seamless employee introduction to the company • Sourcing of candidates using main data base research, job-board searching, networking, external agencies, social and multimedia. • Management of assessment tools and techniques, including competency identification and interviewing. • Handling of confidential data and information • Taking ownership of tasks, using a proactive approach and initiative to seek out the best. • Providing direction and support to the business to ensure best-practice recruitment is achieved. • Effectively prioritise tasks and activities. • Qualifications: • Relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience • Previous experience in a recruitment position either internal or external. • Understanding of legal and legislative compliance in the recruitment cycle • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Competency with computer systems and software, including MS Office and applicant tracking software Formal Training/Education/ Experience • Relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience • Previous experience in a recruitment position either internal or external. • Understanding of legal and legislative compliance in the recruitment cycle • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Competency with computer systems and software, including MS Office and applicant tracking software Knowledge & Skills • International exposure. • Commercially astute. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivation, leadership and innovation. • Excellent written report writing skills.
