Description We’re looking to hire a sales and Marketing Manager to increase our sales volumes Details We’re seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager who will oversee branch activities and increase branch income Duties and Responsibilities Undertake research and plan how to increase sales revenue. Maintaining current clientele by offering quality services while establishing new connections with potential clients. Daily follow up on customers from inception to the completion of the final payments Planning for customers visit, developing customer visit schedules and ultimately taking clients to sites on daily basis or as per the plan Preparing accurate and timely quotations as per the client’s needs Daily reporting / feedback on business done to the Sales Manager Developing new strategies, new innovations and finding new Clients Keep records of sales figures and the results of all marketing initiatives Implement the approved sales and marketing strategies Participate and contribute towards new products development and aggressive sale of the same Representing the company in all sales meetings Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time Develop and implement marketing plan and brand Building Create and maintain relationships with key revenue producing customers or agents Increase monthly occupancy rate and branch income Interact with clients on a regular basis and receive feedback to improve the customer experience. Ensure that all in-coming sales are handled efficiently, effectively and successfully in order to maximize their sales/profit potential Ensure that weekly revenue forecasting is done and analyzed Ensure regular communication/meetings to strengthen operational effectiveness Carry out selection interviews and make effective recruitment decisions for available positions Regularly review individual and team performance against laid down objectives and give timely Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or real estate management At least 5 years experience in corporate sales Should possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills Well groomed with excellent presentation skills Proven track record of meeting set sales targets Ability to perform with minimal supervision and work with a team Professional and highly self motivated Adaptable and able to work in an environment of fluctuating workloads Must display a high degree of emotional maturity Proven ability to close sale deals and achieve targets Good networking skills Must display a high degree of emotional maturity APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Please sent your CV to : ms@prioritytz.com
