The Programme Officer: Executive Relationship will provide project management and strategic professional support to the Executive Director for effective execution of strategy. Key responsibilities will include: 1. Maintaining relationship with both internal and external stakeholders ? Managing communications calendar and coordinate meetings, donor meetings and local, regional and international conferences and ensure relevant materials are in place for the events/meetings. Maintain and present the Executive Dash board and other reports on a timely manner ? Coordinate Executive Director’s global and domestic travel itineraries ? Work with the Executive Director to schedule and manage Board and AGM and. 2. Support Executive Director on Resource Mobilization ? Search the internet for potential funders, inform the executive director on opportunities for funding and , guided by the ED, ? Drafting concept notes to guide full-fledged funding proposal development ? Prepare for and accompany ED in fundraising meetings and maintain records of all projects and processes for the ED. 3. Information Management ? Maintain update database of Executive key contacts ? Take notes and dictation from the ED and produce required documents from such meetings ? Initiate production of reports as required by the ED and submit drafts to the ED 3.0 Job specifications. Qualifications and experience Minimum of holders Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, training in gender will be an added advantage. Candidates are required to have a working experience of at least two years. Key Job skill requirements (Competencies) ? Listening, inter-personal and team building ? Ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures ? Written and spoken communication in English and Swahili ? Public relations and corporate imaging ?
