1, Be responsible for the maintenance of the billing management network (1) Be responsible for monitoring billing management network, eliminating quickly all kinds of faults, and improving utilization and integrity of equipment; (2) Check local billing data, settlement data, subscribers data regularly, detect problem in time and find out cause and solution accordingly (3) Be responsible for handling of automatic shutdown system; (4) Monitor data real-time in order to ensure smooth progress of work order delivery system,; 2, Be responsible for monthly report accurately and, timely (1) In charge of reports to Network Operation Dept. and Finance Dept., communicate and deal with the problems arising from the reports by cooperating with other departments; (2) Complete network settlement work with Marketing Dept. and Interconnection; Office (3) Regularly provide VIP statements to Marketing Dept. to ensure Marketing Dept. to master the change of VIP billing and provide basis for VIP visiting; (4) Provide arrears list for business Dept. monthly; 3, To deal with the difficult of user’s billing (1) To solve problems that the business hall calls reflct; (2) Handling daily work orders of customer service; 4, Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership; 1.Bachelor degree in computer science or related; 2.With strong analytical skills, communication skills; 3. working experience in telecom company industry is preferred, or excellent graduates; 4?Have serious attitude and strong power on implement.
