Job Description for Technical Engineer Software installation on new POS/PAX Machines Software upgrades on old POS Machines Troubleshooting on POS Faults Replacing faulty spare-parts on POS Machines Making sure all records for the incoming and outgoing POS machines are up to date Making sure delivery time lines are met Be mature in handling customer issues Troubleshooting of GPRS related issues Link up time monitoring. Summary of Experience: Help desk, client services, or customer service: 2 years. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to deliver excellent customer service. Knowledge of computer systems, including operating systems, problem management tools, networking architecture and industry standards, system management and configuration tools, and system tools use and configuration. Knowledge of personal computer hardware and software. Role requires shift flexibility to support a 24X7 service offering, applicant must be available to be scheduled any shift and any days of the week.
