Association Development Field Officer

Organization Rural Urban Development initiatives (RUDI) is non.-governmental organization established in 2007. RUDI provides professional capacity development services to rural and urban enterprises and value adding entities, including small scale producers, to become more competitive through capacity development services targeted at growth-oriented value chains. Also, it deals with farming communities through improved market linkage and distribution channel for their products. Positions RUDI is currently seeking to recruit two candidates to fill the following positions in (I) M&E Assistant, one (1) post (2) Association Development Field Officer, one (I) post. Qualification, Knowledge and Experience If you have one degree in Agriculture, Monitoring and Evaluation, community development, or rural development or related, and you have experience of 5 years in the respective field and in working with farmer organizations, experience in supporting donor funded projects in the named positions, and you are ready to face field duty challenges; you are encourage to apply.
