Roles and Responsibilities Maximising the organization’s ability to achieve its strategic goals, by translating the Corporate Strategy into a set of measurable annual targets, developing and negotiating the Company’s Corporate Goals and aligning the entire organization in pursuit of these targets Responsible for development of organisational strategies, policies and systems that help deliver value in the areas of; Projects Performance Systems Performance Work performance Coordinate the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that ensure Safety & Quality compliance Building a sustainable positive work environment and culture that promotes performance accountability and success in all division Determine and efficiently manage operational and administrative practices in regional office Develop and implement strategies for creating a high performing organisational culture based on transparency, integrity, accountability, performance measurement and results to ensure that programme activities are undertaken on sound management principles and practices Efficiently manage the Company’s resources Ensure efficient management of the Company’s fleet of vehicles Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes Ensure compliance of the company with laws governing the country of operationCommunity Engagement, safety & performance systems or its relevant equivalent in order to effectively manage the specialist functional managers Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business related course or equivalent from a recognised university. Master’s degree in a relevant field Post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management, Quality Management Systems, or its equivalent will be an added advantage Member of a relevant professional body At least eight (8) years working experience in a similar position five (5) of which must be in a managerial/senior position Experience working with a security company is an added advantage Experience Requirements Extensive experience in providing strategic leadership, influencing and leading change in complex organizations Community Engagement, safety & performance systems or its relevant equivalent in order to effectively manage the specialist functional managers High level of integrity, ethics and self-discipline Research and analytical skills Strong administrative and business acumen Team Leadership and supervisory skillsMaster’s degree in a relevant field.
