Maintenance Technician

Role Description: Achelis is looking to hire Maintenance Technician to work in our Technical Division. This role requires an engineering background as well as experience working with High technologies machines and equipment troubleshooting. At least 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, equipment maintenance and servicing is required. The key to this position is to ensure that efficient and timely after sales service and maintenance is being provided to all our customers. This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks: - Electrical machines and equipment repairs, maintenance and servicing - Troubleshooting, diagnosis of machines / equipment - Follow up and support of technical targets to ensure customer satisfaction - Customer relations to ensure smooth and timely operations - Manufacturer Relation to ensure a high efficiency of the machine - Management of subcontractors - Prepare and submit service reports on regular basis Fast facts and requirements: 1. A Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering from a recognized Institution 2. Alternatively, Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar from a recognized Institution 3. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the above field ideally working on Troubleshooting, diagnosis of machines / equipment 4. Proven track record of professional integrity is essential 5. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, team player 6. Proactive and disciplined approach to work assignments 7. Ability to work unusual hours and weekends as per further guidelines that will be provided.
