Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct regular field assessments of the condition of existing Living Walls under the direction of TPW’s Monitoring and Evaluation department ? Verify the specifications of newly installed Living Walls ? Conduct other field assessments and verifications as needed across TPW’s diverse programs Qualifications:   The successful candidate will have at least a certificate or diploma and experience with field data collection, preferably using mobile applications. Applicants must demonstrate they are comfortable working independently while engaging community members. Key qualifications: ? Strong spoken English skills ? Ability to drive a motorbike ? Strong time management skills ? High level of attention to detail ? Familiarity with Smartphones as a tool for data collection ? Comfort working and traveling independently ? Ability to communicate and interact successfully in a multi?cultural environment ? Experience conducting interviews preferred ? Fluency in Maasai preferred Reports to: Director of Monitoring and Evaluation Salary & Benefits: Full?time position based on experience and qualifications; salary commensurate with experience.
