The ideal candidate should be an image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence. Polite reception to the customers. Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance. job cards opening and delivery of vehicles. Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service Post service follow up and analysis. Write a brief description of the problem on the repair order to help the mechanic locate the problem Ensure quality of workmanship and committed delivery schedule.
