Description Following up new business opportunities (private and public projects) and identification of new markets and business Building relationship with current existing clients in order to increase project flow Strategic thinking and direction provision for the team on the whole Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend Constant revision and updating of business models to close deals Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations Prepare yearly sales volumes/ revenue budgets and achieve clearly defined, mutually agreed upon revenue/volume targets Work closely with finance, operations, HR departments to deliver a “seamless service” to the client Other Ad hoc role related tasks and/or responsibilities allocated by the HQ management as required Apply for this job Degree in Sales/Marketing is a prerequisite, MBA will be preferable Minimum 5 - 10 years of business development experience within the construction industry Position will involve traveling around Tanzania Please send your CV and Covering letter directly to our office at GEC House.
