Duties 1. To be focal point of TTCL’s Market Research functions responsible for gathering all relevant market data and intelligence required to meet TTCL’s business objectives 2. To assess the effectiveness of TTCL’s actions to the market which includes launching of new products and services, prices, promotions, advertisements and corporate social responsibility activities and providing recommendations on areas of improvement 3. To be responsible for external market analysis, segmentation or differentiation, demand forecast and identifying strategies to increase or retain existing market share. 4. To Select the most appropriate research methodology and techniques in conducting Market research activities 5. To Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research plans for TTCL’s products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle and work with market research vendors to oversee the fieldwork research activities/initiatives 6. To develop research proposals and make decisions whether they can be done internally or externally (outsourcing) also to decide on research reports to buy/outsource. 7. To assess the effectiveness of TTCL’s actions to the wider market i.e. Launch of new products and services, prices, promotions, advertisements and corporate social responsibility activities and providing recommendations on areas of improvement. 8. To interpret market data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations 9. To work with Market Research vendors to oversee the fieldwork research activities/initiatives. 10.
