SENIOR SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

Holder of MBA' (Marketing)/Postgraduate or its equivalent from' a recognized Institution. 2. Must have at least Seven (7) years relevant work experience. 3. S/he must have computer skills 4. S/he must be t1 ' nt In English and Swahili. Circulation and Newspaper Distribution: 1.Advises agents and vendors on the best way of sealing TSN newspapers; 2. Appoints newspaper agents and identifies more distribution and selling points; 3. Collects sales proceeds; 4. Verifies returned newspapers; 5. Promotes newspaper subscription and readership; 6. Monitors newspaper delivery and reports status to Head office on daily basis; 7. Prepares weekly and monthly circulation sales and newspaper returns collection and sales reports; 8. Conducts market surveillance and intelligence to check the performance of TSN products against competitors'; Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Section. Advertising: 1. Solicits advertisements forTSN publications; 2. Collects advertisement revenue and debts; 3. Prepares periodic reports on advertising sales; 4. Develops individual targets and all performance as part of the individual performance agreement in consultation with the Head of Section; 5. Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Section.
