Company Industry: Banking & Finance Job Level: Management level Work Type: Full Time Highest Qualification: Bachelor Years of Experience: 2 years Location: Other Dar es Salaam District Dar Es Salaam Description As our Assistant Conference & Events Operations Manager, your role will include: -Achieve maximum profitability and over-all success by controlling costs and quality of service. -Control of banquet china, cutlery, glassware, linen and equipment. -Completion of function delivery sheets in an accurate and timely fashion. -Help in preparation of forecast and actual budget function sheets. -Schedule staff as necessary to ensure adequate and consistent levels of service. -To supervise and co-ordinate daily operation of meeting/banquet/event set-ups and service. -Follow-up each function by completing a Function Critique. -Following of proper purchasing and requisitioning procedures. -Consistent check of Banquet Food and Beverage quality, Banquet services and Plate presentation. -Work with the organizer -To ensure all arrangements and details are dealt with.
