Company Industry: Advertising Job Level: Entry Level Work Type: Full Time Highest Qualification: Bachelor Years of Experience: Less than 1 year Location: Other Dar es Salaam District Dar Es Salaam Description Responsibilities: •Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth •Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution •Prepare mailshots for the clients •Scheduling and updating of the mailshot calendar •Weekly mailshots reports to clients •Develop service procedures, policies and standards •Respond to the messages on the social medias and mobile application •Respond to calls from the users or clients. •Keep accurate records and document customer service actions •Control resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets •Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities •Updating movie schedules as per the client’s requests •Be the custodian of great content on •Continuously monitor incoming content from Scouts and users for basic required fields. •Regularly attend to content needing follow up, or close where not possible and inform Scouts/users •Suggest improvements to content structure with evidence, where necessary. •Regularly provide data such as review time, follow-up time, contact-to-object ratio, etc. to other team leads and teams where relevant. •Deduce patterns in Zoom’s content usage and conversion to advice on business model Requirements: •Confidence in multi-tasking with teams. •Ability to collaborate with other departments to align goals and objectives. •Keenness in meeting strict deadlines •Fluency in written and spoken English and Swahili. •Entry level position – Degree holder •IT / Tech background is an added advantage for this role.
