Role Responsibility: Main Purpose of Position: Reporting to the Cash Operations Manager coordinates the provision of contractual and ad hoc services to customers within the cleint's national branch footprint, complying with Company policies and procedures, to ensure achievement of budgeted financial targets. Key Performance Areas: 1. Effective management of operations in the national branch footprint in compliance with G4S policy and procedures, pertaining to the client portfolio Ensuring that manpower is maintained at optimum levels, to minimise unnecessary delays in daily processing of drop-safe volumes. Ensuring daily follow up on queries from customers and engage with customers to engage with national branch network to address queries. Ensuring that site meetings are held on an ongoing basis. Conducting regular branch visits to assess effectiveness of site procedure implementation, identifying training needs and procedural improvements. Ensuring that all required formal customer meeting are scheduled, attended and minuted. Ensuring that all activities are addressed as per communication from the customer. 2. Effective engagement of the performance of the national branch network related to the client portfolio Ensuring effective communication processes are in place to address. customer requirements and needs. Ensuring that all escalations are completed by target dates. Ensuring that claims against the Company are prevented or minimized through regular customer risk assessments. 3. Provide effective support and co-ordination within the client national branch footprint Provide reliable and effective support system to G4S branches. Manage and execute special projects timeously and precisely. Communicate with all relevant parties/stakeholders and provide effective customer support. Ensure effective administration of customer documents and operating procedures. Provide assistance to the customers as required within the national branch footprint. Ensure that queries are resolved within timelines as required by the customer. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent / Tertiary qualification would be advantageous Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial cash centre Valid Driver’s License Be prepared to travel Competencies: Knowledge South African security legislation G4S Operational Policy and procedures G4S HR Policy and procedures Health and Safety legislation Skills Leading people Managing professionally Managing Conflict Communication (Written and Verbal) Negotiation Computer literacy Basic financial skills Risk identification Apply at: http://africajobs.g4s.com
