Delivery Associate

Responsibilities: Ride safely and deliver products within deadlines. Analyze delivery address, determine appropriate routes and maintain schedule. Report any accidents, incidences or injuries to supervisors immediately. Follow local by-laws and road regulations. Collect payments from customer at the time of product delivery. Work with support team to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns. Adhere to company operating policies and procedures. Provide special care in delivering fragile and hazardous products Ask for feedback on provided services and channel clients’ complaints to the direct supervisor Inform clients on new products and services ( use Jumia & Kaymu App, current offers etc) Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes Requirements: Good spoken and written communication skills. Must know how to speak and write English Excellent practical driving skills and road safety awareness, and must have driving license. Must know the Dar es salaam routes very well Honesty, humble and smart. the ability to work alone and concentrate . patience and a polite attitude towards other road users. a reasonable level of fitness . the ability to complete record sheets and paperwork.
