Assistant Finance Manager

Position: Assistant Finance Manager Company: Kioo Limited Department: Finance Job Location: Administration Office Qualification: CPA/ACCA with minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing industry Reporting to: Finance Controller Job Description :Overview of finance functions and Internal Control. Application End date: 30-09-2024 Responsibilities He/she is to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking. Team Lead of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and banking. Receivable reconciliation and payment follow up with Customer. Month end closing activities. Fixed Asset Accounting, Reconciliation and Register control. Weekly reports preparation (Bank Position, Debtor Position, Goods in Transit, Imprest Account, Loan to staff etc). Group Accounts & Annual Financial Statements. Group companies accounts and reconciliation. Assistance in various audits. Statutory, TRA, Post clearance, NSSF etc Skills/Experience Ability and experience of managing a team of accountants consisting at least 10 people. High proficiency in MS Excel, SAP B1/Hana and other MS office tools. Experience in dealing with large corporate banking institutions. Eye for detail and thoroughness in checking the numbers and data. Expertise in preparing financial statements and management reports for senior management/ Board. Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and auditors. Excellent knowledge of local taxation and regulations will be an added advantage.
