The company is inviting suitable, competent and self-motivated young Tanzanians to fill in the Vacant available at its office in Mwanza as detailed here below; JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER CARE 1 POST Job description Give customers information about products and services offered To manage customer queries and complaints Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and comments Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Qualifications A minimum of at least Diploma in fields of business, finance, economics, social sciences and any other related fields Should not be less than 25 and not more 36 years of age At least 2 years work experience in a recognized Microfinance Institution or commercial Bank with exposure on loan Processing A sound knowledge of Microfinance, principles and practice of banking i.e Credit analytical skills, sales and marketing skills and strong public speaking skills
