Alpha Associates Limited Location: Dar es Salaam About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives, managing customer acquisition channels, and ensuring the company’s marketing efforts align with modern technological trends. Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new clients while maintaining strong relationships with any outsourced Marketing stakeholders if need be. Collaborate effectively with outsourced marketing agencies to implement marketing strategies. To prepare Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly news letters Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related activities within the company. Manage and streamline all client communication channels, including social media platforms, the company website, and YouTube. Update and maintain the company website to ensure it reflects current technological advancements and marketing trends. Qualifications and Skills: Proven three 3 years’ experience in marketing or a related field. Bachelor degree of Marketing or related field Strong skills in graphic design and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canvas etc.). Ability to Create, manage Contents based on different company events to upload/updates on company’s social media channels. Proficiency in managing social media platforms and content creation. Ability to collaborate with external agencies and internal teams. Knowledge of website management, SEO, and emerging digital marketing trends. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
