We are seeking dynamic and qualified professionals to fill the following positions: 1. Program Manager Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Reports to: Executive Director Position: 1 Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of TLS programs. Oversee professional development, ethics, compliance, and legal advocacy initiatives. Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support TLS programs. Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including the government, judiciary, parliament, and donors. Ensure timely and effective program reporting and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Supervise program officers and contribute to the overall TLS strategic direction. Key Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, legal services, or a similar role. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to mobilize resources and manage donor-funded programs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Why Join TLS?
