Buying

On behalf of my client, I am looking for a residential house to buy in Tabata Segerea. The house should have the following:

- clear title deed and other documents

- should be Corrugated Aluminium Sheets (CAS) roof materials

- should have 3 bedrooms, 1 should be master bedroom, public toilet and bathroom, sitting room, dining, kitchen and store

- should have aluminium windows or windows should be of glazed casements

- the floor should be of tiles and the ceiling be of gypsum, T&G or Chipboards

- Generally, the house should be in a good condition
