Responsibility: 1. To head the Directorate of Market Supervision and Market Development 2. Training of securities dealers and investment advisers, 3. Analyzing financial and other performance reports of listed companies 4. Carrying out onsite and offsite inspection of licensed dealing members, custodians, collective investment schemes, investment advisors and fund managers 5. Designing and implementing a risk based supervision program for the security industry. 6. Carrying out market surveillance to ensure orderly, fair and transparent dealing in security.
