Secretarial functions including custody of company legal instruments, confidential records and service contracts. 3. Compliance to regulatory requirements including trading licenses, permits, insurance covers, annual returns and all matters required for companies to function smoothly as a legal entity. 4.Implementing group policies on cost control, utilization of company assets as directed by top management/directors. 5.
