Key Responsibility: 1. Develop and strengthen strategies, approaches and interventions to expand private sector engagement in Lind and Mtwara for selected agriculture value chains. 2. Engage with private businesses and facilitate increased business activities between the private sector and smallholder farmers. 3. Steer and guide sustainable production intensification approaches, including mainstreaming a conservation Agriculture approach. 4. Manage the development and delivery of annual work plans, budgets and reports to meet agreed objectives and targets. 5. Lead, manage and mentor the team of over 40 staff. Source: Mwananchi
