Key Responsibility: 1. Take a leading role in supporting carrying out Safe Care Entry and Certification Assessment including capturing and reviewing the assessment data and reporting 2. Support the development of Quality improvement plans for the health facilities. 3. Coordinate and Participate in the training and mentoring of facilitators, provision of training on Quality improvement and technical assistance to facilities. 4. Coordinate and participate in providing Expert Opinion and Business Quick Scan as well as developing Business Plan. 5. Support Identification of commercial opportunities within the facilities that will make them performs better and post a better return including assist facilities in applying loans within the MCF's partner banks. 6. Coordinate and participate in regular monitoring of progress towards achieving the planned activities and providing technical support to facilities. Source: The Guardian
