Maintenance Officer

Maintenance Officer POSITION DESCRIPTION: 1. Ensure maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing, Sewage and Carpentry works around all the Al Muntazir campuses. These facilities should be available and functional at each campus at all times. 2. Ensure schools have appropriate fire safety standards. 3. Equipment that do not have maintenance contracts are also periodically serviced and maintained in peak conditions. 4. Ensure that maintenance policies/procedures are followed by each school. 5. Where outsourcing is required, obtaining quotations. 6. To prioritize work and to identify, diagnose and solve problems before they effect the operation of the school. 7.
