Graduates with good experience in selling automobile products with proven track record; he or she should be a self motivated team player with leadership skills. 5-10 years relevant work experience in Tanzania in sales specifically in Motor Vehicles industry and construction companies. Job Description: • To be in charge, supervise and manage the day-to-day business activities of the dealership. • To ensure that the company achieves its performance / revenue targets. • To supervise and manage the sales team and ensure that they achieve sales targets. • To establish and implement better administration and service systems for the company including respective departments in order to enhance proficiency and productivity. • To develop, undertake, organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities to increase sales for the departments. • To ensure the smooth running (administration) of the company and improve the overall profitability of each departments. • To prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors. QUALIFICATION Graduate in Marketing or in relevant subject.
