MGen Tanzania Insurance Company Limited is a growing insurance company operating in Tanzania since 2007. MGen Underwrites all classes in respect of general business which include motor, property, marine, miscellaneous, accident and pecuniary types of insurance, agriculture insurance among other insurance products. MGen is looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as Business Unit Manager, Sales Manager and Branch Manager. . Sales Manager - Dar es Salaam The applicant must be a self starter, confident, dynamic and motivated by targets. As a Sales Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for introducing and managing sales teams, identifying new opportunities through sales and service calls and client visits. Required Education/Experience • Bachelor Degree in marketing or related field. • At least three years experience in sales and marketing. • An insurance qualification is an added advantage.
