Education Level: O'Level/A' Level/Diploma Department: Maintenance Tasks: - Asset Inventory -Enter data; inputting numeric and alphabetic information following an established procedure. -Typing all documents and reports as required by the Maintenance and Operations departments. -Maintaining a presentable office. -Maintaining a record of stock of items in the Maintenance Department. -Printing, filing and photocopying of relevant documents. -Verifying data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data. -Preparing a weekly maintenance report to be shared with the Operations Manager. -Prepare other maintenance or operations reports as and when required. -Asset inventory for all items across schools; maintain records and label all new assets. -Annual asset audit + reports on quality of assets. -Other administrative tasks as advised by the Maintenance Department.
