Key Responsibility: 1. Carries out regular meetings with staff to review sales progress, maintain good employee relations to ensure the highest degree of morale and discipline and provide results driven leadership. 2. Carries out regular clients list review and discus with sales executives on their daily plans, gives them proper guidelines and if necessary accompanies them on sales visits. 3. Formulate and communicate activities to ensure regions monthly advertising targets are met. 4. Identifies new ideas for development of advertising sales, discuss them with the advertising Manager and plans for their implementation through sales executives. Source: The Citizen.
