Loan Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION Job title: Loan Consultant Reporting to: Manager Remuneration: up to 2 million (It varies with monthly performance) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: • To identify potential clients of loan products offered by Piga Hatua Limited company KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 1. Market and advertise the loan products. 2. Identify the potential client for each products. 3. Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications form 4. Analyze applicants' collateral to determine ownership and value before granting loans. 5. Explain to customers the different types of loan products and their retirements that are available, as well as the terms of those loan products 6. Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' documents 7. Calculate loan retirements for each loan product 8.
