Our client is a startup taxi order business company with international exposure. The urgently seek to hire a 3 call center agents. Candidates who have worked with a larger tour operator/organizer before or at the front desk in an international hotel before are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities • Answer courteously inbound calls. • Respond to customer inquiries. • Respond to sales leads and calls from current and potential customers. • Place outbound follow-up calls to persuade potential customers to complete and submit an application • Generate customer interest in the services offered by the company. • Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers. • Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services. • Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer. • Coordinate with the dispatch team to provide services on time to customers. • Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls. • Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions. • Process orders, forms and applications • Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with mobile applications and escalate any issues to management appropriately. • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics Skills and qualifications required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required • Tech savvy person who is used to use mobile apps and web applications • Preferably young , brilliant, good looking and presentable ladies • At 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment • Has a smartphone and is able to explain the usage of a mobile app via the phone • Loves interaction with clients and drivers via the phone (taxi, bajaj) • Stress resistant • Structured, organized and efficient • Fluent in English and Swahili • Trustworthy, good team player who is willing to ask for help and offer support • Should be okay with working in rotating shifts to provide service 24x7 towards the clients • A good network within the hotel / tour operator business is a plus • Good data entry and typing skills • knowledge of administration and clerical processes APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: How to Apply If you meet the requirements and are interested to work in a dynamic team, kindly send your CV to career@perionhcs.com quoting the job title on the subject matter (Call Center Agent TZS 1M – 2M Gross) indicating your current and expected salary.
