General attributes A skeptical, articulate, dynamic and determined professional who has a relentless drive to deliver more than just results. Specific requirements are: Associate Auditor II The candidate should be a graduate from a recognized University College with at least twoyears of audit experience in auditing. A sound knowledge of International Standards on Auditing and IFRSs is essential for this post. Associate Auditor I Should be a fresh graduate from a recognized University college. A sound knowledge of International Standards on Auditing and IFRSs will be an added advantage. Responsibilities of Associate Auditor II ? Organise and/or attend entry meetings, team mobilization meetings etc ? Mobilise audit engagement teams for small assignments; ? Provide coaching to less experienced audit team members; ? Review junior team members’ audit work and coach them as appropriate; ? Provide coaching and feedback to junior audit team members; ? Report results of assigned work to a Team Manager on assignment basis; ? Make an initial review or preparations of draft financial statements, prepare audit reports, management letters and any other reports that he/she may be assigned by the audit manager; ? Participate in staff training programs; ? Continuously learning and ensuring implementation of Claritas Risk Management standards; ? Participate in Claritas Social Responsibility Programmes; and ? Perform any other professional work that you may be assigned.
