Sales Manager - 2 POSTS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree or Diploma In Marketing/Sales WORK EXPERIENCE: I) The right candidate must have worked as Sales Manager In a reputable FMCG Company for at least 5 - 10 years. II) Equlped with sound knowledge In the following skllls; client relation ships; negotiation; prospecting; meeting sales goals/targets, creativity, sales planning, commendable communication skills, work as team member. Iii) Specific duties shall include: a) Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members b) Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position and analyzlhg sales options. c) Sells products by establish Ing contact and develop excellent relationships with them d) Malntainingrelationshlps wit clients by providing support, Information and guidence, researching and recommending new opportunities e) Identifies product Improvements or new products by remaining current on Industry trends, market activities and competitors. f) Prepare reports by collecting, antyzlng, and summarizing Information. g) Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards 3) Remuneration: Negotiable 4) Work station: Either Dar es Salaam or up country.
