Employer: DEXINTEC Finance Tanzania Industry: Fin-tech Duty Station: Victoria Tropical Center, 1st Floor, Dar cs Salaam, Tanzania POSITION: HR SPECIALIST Job Responsibilities; Prepare and compensation and benefits packages Implement training and development plans Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization Monitor budgets by department Process employees query and respond in timely manner Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation Monitoring all human resource functions. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in human resource management, Three (3) years of relevant experience in human resource management Experience in payroll for more than one year. Ability to use Microsoft Excel Functions such as VLOOK UP and other Formulas. Proficiency in English Language and good communication skills Ability to work within deadlines and complete tasks.
