POSITION DESCRIPTION: 1.Delivering technical support to the processing team to achieve production and cost target. 2. Optimizing production and metallurgical efficiency. 3. Sprearheading processing improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies. 4. Monitoring and ensuring key plant operating parameters and achieve or exceed target. 5. Completing metallurgical accounting and reporting. 6. Collaborating with mining, geology, maintenance and processing personnel to ensure optimum plant performance 7. Developing and engaging a highly skilled team 8. Standing in for section leader-metallurgy as required
