KEY RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Plans and coordinate advertising strategies and activities to meet the company's business objectives 2. Negotiates annual advertising contracts with representatives of major advertising clients. 3. Identifies manpower requirements and lialises with HR for recruitment 4. Appraises staff with a view to ensure 5. Develops incentive schemes 6. Develop innovative ideas for existing and new products in close liaison with the marketing manager, finance manager and managing director for input and or approval and implementation 7. Ensures in liaison with HR manager, there exists a rebust people plan process and management commitments
