Responsibility: 1. To take active part in co-ordination of development of the bank's strategy and plans 2. To co-ordinate and conduct periodic reviews of implementation of plans and reporting of performance. 3. To co-ordinate development of performance management measurement standards 4. To assist in the development of performance management procedures that deliver continuous improvement in the plan development services. 5. To maintain a corporate knowledge management framework. 6. To prepare terms of reference and provide overall co-ordination for work by consultants. 7. To assist in monitoring and reporting on implementation of management decisions and directives regarding the bank's strategies and plans 8. To carry out any other duties assigned by the head of corporate planning and policy
