Responsibility: 1. To install and configure computers (Operating system and user level applications as required) 2. To deliver support services on the operations of installed computer system. 3. To undertake in conjunctions with the ICT manager the implementation of new computer/hardware and telecommunication systems. 4. To provide technical support to end user. 5. To monitor system performance(disk space, response time, and memory usage) 6. To provide application software related support services and troubleshooting to end user 7.To maintains and update application system according to user requirements and in the implementation of new computer system. 8. To carry out any other duties assigned by the ICT Manager.
