Position: OFFICER - HR, ADMIN AND COMMUNICATION

Job Responsibilities: • Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. • Sound knowledge on labour market and wage trends, various relevant Govt. labour legislations in Tanzania. • Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal, compensation, disciplinary action etc. • Good knowledge & experience of handling Social & Technical Audits independently. Handling multiple standards compliance, Environment and health & safety issue. • Communicating with various Government agencies, audit companies, financial & other agencies. Maintaining proper communication with all government compliance related organization. • Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipments, property, assets, other movable and immovable properties. • Maintain sound liaison and public relation with all relevant authorities including law enforcing agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation. • Exposed to Access control & time attendance system, Fire fighting system, evacuation procedure & emergency contact. • Have frequent visit to field operations on specific schedule. • To maintain and develop housekeeping of office premises.
