Minimum Qualifications: Holder of BSc. Degree in Agricultural Science /Economics /Crops/ Livestock/ Engineering/BSc. Degree in Economics/Finance/ Business Administration or its equivalent qualification. Experience Three years work experience in public or any private reputable organization in the related field. Duties and Responsibilities: (a) To liaise with all District Agricultural and Cooperative Officers through DED. (b) To collect data from every district on Agro-inputs requirements, Agro-machinery requirements and whether conditions. (C) To monitor and carryout the extension services as planned. ( d) To coordinate with the Ministry of Agriculture on Extension services to farmers related to Fund Customers. (e) Solicits prospective loan applicants, conducts interviews with existing and prospective borrower on credit relationship, and collects loan application and other credit documents from borrowers. (f) To receive and scrutinize loan applications for agricultural inputs. (g) To carry out physical inspection of assets intended for mortgage purposes as indicated in loan applications. (h ) To carry out credit analysis for loan applications and prepare summary for the credit committee of the Fund. (i) Ensures that all securities and documents are in order and registered with relevant authorities. (j)Prepare documents for loan disbursement and pre delivery inspection of agricultural machinery, implements and agricultural inputs. (k) To carry out monitoring and evaluation of loans disburse countrywide for the purpose of loan recovery exercise. (I) Follow up repayment of matured credit and undertakes appropriate measures to recover past due credits. (m) Co-ordinates with the Institution's Legal Department for legal action taken to recover overdue facilities. (n) Any other duties as directed by the Superior. Age Limit: Not above 45 years of age.
