Roles and Responsibility 1. Provide on-line help desk services for all users, to identify and resolve all IT operation issues. 2. Ensure that Microsoft office products, operating systems and other software products are installed and configured according to group standards. 3. Ensure trust domain security standards are applied, including incident reporting and management, that corporate data systems are properly protected.
