Responsibility: 1.To oversee all aspects of Estate Management including maintenance. 2. To follow up on rent collections and take measures to deal with defaulters 3. To monitor rent levels in the market for the various properties and advise Management as appropriate. 4. To formulate programmes for maintenance of NIC's estate and monitor implementation of such programmes. 5.
